Module 1 · Lesson 1 · The map

How to walk this course

This course is a workbook. It will not promote you. It will not certify you. It gives you four words for a movement many people already feel and cannot name: To Me, By Me, Through Me, As Me.

Read slowly. One lesson is enough for a sitting. The point is not coverage. The point is a sentence you can still feel an hour later, in the kitchen, in the inbox, in the argument you almost sent.

Journal in the box on each page. The words stay in this browser until you export them. The agents beside the journal — The Mirror, The Noticer, The Practice Keeper — reflect what you wrote. They are not therapists, and this is not treatment.

If a page stirs more than reflection, pause. The map can wait. Nothing here asks you to push through distress.

Reflection prompts

  • What made you open this course today, in one unpolished sentence?
  • Where do you usually go when an idea moves you — more reading, or a small change in the day?
  • What would 'enough for today' look like, specifically?

Practice. Once a day, name the stage-weather of one ordinary moment in a single sentence. Do not explain it.

Try this too. Tell the four words to someone else in your own language, then notice which word you rush past.
