Six modules · thirty lessons
The workbook
The titles are open. The first lesson is free. The other twenty-nine, the journal, and the agents open after enrollment.
Module 1
Orientation
How to walk the map without turning it into a rank.
- 1. How to walk this course — free
- 2. The four words
- 3. Stages are weather, not identity
- 4. What reflection is, and is not
- 5. How to journal without performing
Practice. Once a day, name the stage-weather of one ordinary moment in a single sentence. Do not explain it.
Try this too. Tell the four words to someone else in your own language, then notice which word you rush past.
Module 2
To Me
Life happens to you. Circumstance, other people, and old wounds seem to hold the pen.
- 6. Life happens to me
- 7. The story of powerlessness
- 8. Signs you might be here
- 9. The gift inside the reaction
- 10. A practice for noticing To Me
Practice. When a charge rises, say quietly: this is the To Me story. Stay with it for ninety seconds before you fix it.
Try this too. Rewrite one blamed event from the view of a bystander who has no stake.
Module 3
By Me
Agency returns. Effort, choice, and will start to reshape the day.
- 11. Agency returns
- 12. The will that builds
- 13. Where effort becomes a cage
- 14. Signs you might be here
- 15. A practice for clean responsibility
Practice. Take one clean responsibility today, and set down one responsibility that was never yours.
Try this too. Give ten minutes to an action that is actually yours, then stop. Do not turn it into a program.
Module 4
Through Me
Control loosens. You become less the author forcing the page, more a clear place the work can move.
- 16. The loosening of control
- 17. Becoming a clear channel
- 18. Synchronicity without superstition
- 19. Signs you might be here
- 20. A practice for allowing
Practice. For one hour on a task that matters, do not add force. Prepare, then let the next honest step arrive.
Try this too. Notice one coincidence. Write it down. Do not build a theory around it.
Module 5
As Me
Separation softens. The one who notices and the life being lived are not two things.
- 21. The one who is aware
- 22. Separation softens
- 23. Ordinary unity
- 24. Signs you might be here
- 25. A practice for resting as awareness
Practice. Three minutes, once: rest as the awareness that is already reading this, without improving the moment.
Try this too. Do one ordinary chore — dishes, email, a walk — as if nothing in it is outside you.
Module 6
Integration
The closing module. A spiral review so the journey stays in the life you already have.
- 26. The spiral, not the ladder
- 27. Relating from the weather you are in
- 28. Work, money, and the map
- 29. A shared workbook
- 30. Closing: one question you keep
Practice. Once a week, review four moments — one from each weather — without ranking them.
Try this too. Read one lesson aloud with another person. Ask only: where did you recognize yourself?
